The process then usually goes as such – the applicant might have one or several rounds of interviews with the employer. Once they get hired, they then go through things like tax paperwork and get a full overview of their duties before starting.
The employers pay a fee to these agencies. This is because they would have had to pay for job postings on job sites, so it saves them a lot of trouble. The agencies can also weed out some undesirable candidates.
